Set up BBDO India

In 6 weeks and under the pressure of an immediate PepsiCo pitch, I set up BBDO India, putting together talents and office space at breakneck pace. And we won the pitch.

Set up BBDO East Africa

Identified the right talents to lead the office, onboarded them on the high standards expected of BBDO, and transitioned key global clients to the new office.
